This used Epiphone Hummingbird 12 String is a beautiful guitar but unfortunately was in home that caught on fire. The guitar was not touched by the fire or water but smoke did get. The guitar has been cleaned/detailed intensely but it is to be known that there still a smoke smell. The guitar sounds and plays great comes setup by our technician.
