Its been fitted with a new set of Fender 10s strings. It has a scratch on the front that is only surface deep and does not go to wood nor it affect structural integrity of soundboard. Its had extensive refurbishment done, including a redone bridge, the back has been opened for work on braced, and neck angle reset. The fret board has minimal wear and is in good condition.
The tuners are replicas and work very smoothly. The action is now amazing and can be adjusted to preference with the adjustable saddle. I didn even try to mask it because I m against altering the story that an instrument like had tell. The guitar is extremely structurally sound and ready to play.
The seam from taking the back off has been sanded and touched-up. It is nothing more than a part of this guitars character. This is a beautiful piece of Americana.
