I have described this guitar and its issues to the best of my ability. Exotic beautiful my first Alvarez was a 5053 and I have loved these guitars ever since. As shown in photos this guitar has some scuffs and a few patches of scratches, they are relatively small but clustered. Neck is rosewood with hand carved-cut mother of pear wow.
One ding to the back lower binding size of a q-tip swab shown in photo. One semi-circular ding to left lower bout mainly noticeable if you hold the guitar up light and move it.
Beautiful dark jacaranda rosewood body deep and stunning configurations. Magnificent 3-piece back: jacaranda rosewood with a sweet laced grain maple center. Hard case included in photo I work with vintage guitar as a passion and hobby am not Luther nor repair person. This guitar is loaded with tone.
This guitar sounds amazing. I sell vintage guitars with guitar issues. Newly set up by Luther with new elixir 10, action is nice room for adjustments frets seem to be in really good shape. The spruce top has a sparking honey finish to it is stunning two small indentations lower bout largest size of ball point pen head one indentation right tiny.
