Review MARTIN 737x Pre war Vintage Guitar Hard Case

Introducing the Martin 737xx 1939 0-17 Pre-War Guitar, a stunning piece of musical history that embodies the classic Martin sound and craftsmanship. This guitar is a faithful reproduction of Martin's 0-17 model from the pre-war era, which is renowned for its rich tone, excellent playability, and beautiful aesthetics.

The heart of this instrument is its solid Sitka spruce top, which has been carefully selected for its superior tonal qualities. The top is supported by solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, providing a strong foundation for the guitar's resonance and sustain. The 0-17 body shape, with its slightly scalloped X-bracing, allows for a balanced and articulate tone with excellent projection and clarity.

The Martin 737xx 1939 0-17 Pre-War Guitar features a richly figured mahogany neck, which provides a comfortable and smooth playing experience. The neck is topped with a low-profile, hand-rubbed, satin finished, solid East Indian rosewood fingerboard, which features 18 vintage-style frets. The neck joins the body at the 14th fret, allowing for a modern playing feel while still retaining the classic look and feel of the pre-war design.

The guitar's hardware includes open-gear tuning machines with butterbean buttons, a vintage-style bridge with compensated saddle, and a tortoiseshell pickguard. The guitar comes with a high-quality hardshell case to protect it during transportation and storage.

The Martin 737xx 1939 0-17 Pre-War Guitar is a meticulously crafted instrument that captures the essence of Martin's pre-war designs. Its rich, powerful tone and excellent playability make it an ideal choice for both seasoned players and those just starting their musical journey. Whether you're looking to add a vintage-inspired guitar to your collection or are in search of a high-quality instrument for live performances or recording sessions, the Martin 737xx 1939 0-17 Pre-War Guitar is a must-have.
