These instruments do not have major flaws unless stated. Depending on lighting conditions, flash, backgrounds, shadows, your monitor, etc. They are marked as a 2nd by the manufacturer when fail to pass final inspection.
Factory 2nd guitars are deemed as such directly from the manufacturer and have never been previously sold in retail or distributed to a music store.
They usually have a minor cosmetic finishing flaw that prevents them from being sold as new instruments.
This is an Ibanez AVN5-OPN artwood vintage series parlor size acoustic guitar with a solid mahogany top.
Apart from the defect listed they are perfect, all electronics, pickups, tuners, neck and frets etc.
I buy my guitars and basses directly from the manufacturer.
These guitars are often sold at hundreds of dollars less than their 'new' counterparts. Now, with the artwood vintage model's, including AVN5-OPN, they delve even deeper. Some of the model's are discontinued and have no issues at all.
