I am pricing this guitar to sell. That is to say, the neck is joined to the body at the 12th fret, rather than the more common 14th fret.

If you were to order this guitar from Martin, today, if would set you back somewhere in the neighborhood of again, many players feel that the best resonance and tone comes from this configuration to some degree because of the greater break angle over the guitar nut. This guitar comes from a completely smoke free environment. This is a massive guitar.
