The finish looks great, with only a few very minor light scratches that are barely noticeable. This guitar comes with a non-original hard shell case the outside of the shows some cosmetic wear on Rolex covering but is very sturdy and structurally sound. The previous owner had a strap button installed on the neck heel and there was small crack in wood around where hole drilled.
I have owned the guitar for over ten years and it has been an excellent me. The frets and fretboard are in very good condition with not much fret wear. The mahogany back and sides also have beautiful grain figuring, with a good amount of shimmer chatelaines. This guitar top has unusually nice cross grain sulking figure, which is typically only found on perfectly quarters awn spruce of the highest quality.
