I purchased this new in 2015. Everything works great. At the time it was best sounding DCPA5 that Guitar had in stock. It shows appropriate wear for the amount of playing its seen.
Overall, in very good condition. Great all-around guitar. Neck does have minor discoloration in the cowboy chord area from playing. It was set up by a Luther shortly after purchase and has pretty low action.
This guitar offers a great combo of play ability, the characteristic Martin sound. I played it almost daily for the first five years, hardly at all next. Everyone who has played it comments on how playable and good sounding is for the price point. Just some very minor cosmetic stuff that should be apparent in the photos.
Built-in Fisherman pickup/preamps that sounds really good too. And please feel free to ask if you want any specific photos that I've not included. Case is also in very good condition, with some minor scuffs.I've included a large number of photos so you can closely inspect the guitars condition.
