The action is set low to medium and truss rod in good working order. I am including the vintage fender case which is in great shape with all latches working. As with most parlor guitars you don't have the lows do like on a dreadnought.

It is in great condition for its age with only a few knocks on the front and scratches back. This is an excellent specimen of a vintage Cameo Deluxe made in japan guitar. This is a beautiful parlor guitar that has great sound.
