The neck is very comfortable and easy to play. The guitar will need to be tuned upon receiving. No case included. One of the tuners has been changed to a chrome Ping brand tuner.
The tuners are a gold, and the guitar features gloss finish to help protect guitars wood. A very nice guitar with a few imperfections. The Takamine G440C NEX features that excellent body design allows for the sounds of a jumbo guitar without bulky size or large distance between frets. Constructed as part of the G-series, G440C is optimized for sound and value.
Takamine G440C NEX Series acoustic guitar. The NEX cutaway makes it easy to reach those higher octaves and play frets that are often off-limits when playing a dreadnought styled guitar. The top is spruce and the back sides are mahogany.
The back and sides are produced of a sturdy mahogany that is both beautiful brings out warm low mid-range sounds an overall mellow tone. There are a few small inflections and one character crack. The fingerboard has been cleaned and oiled the frets have polished. The wood grain on the back and sides makes for a beautiful guitar.
