There is a small dent near the top of sound hole. Missing truss rod cover. The wood is split on the back of neck and head stock. Nice old 12 string guitar.

There are lines running across the finish on both sides. Would be a good candidate for restoration. Should be an easy fix. Please see photos for condition.
