This model is the Martin D-28 version and was probably made in Naan Japan by Tosh Marinara Morris Guitars. You are offered a very nice, late 70s Hohner HG 300 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar, Made in Japan. They are copies of what Martin was building in the day and may even be nicer than then. If you are unfamiliar with the Japanese made Honers of this era, they top quality instruments by some Japans best Luther's.

Some internet chat groups speculate that the higher end of HG series, like Top Line 900 Arbor Series were made by Kazoo Yuri, not Morris; either way, they are great guitars for money.
