Has been well kept, light scratches, no significant damage present on the body. Recently put new strings on it, plays exceptionally well and is very easy to play. I just buffed the guitar, it looks very nice, few light scratches. This a 36in guitar with steel reinforced neck.

It has a big body sound from such small frame, would be perfect beginner guitar. Comes with case.
