Back and sides are of east Indian rosewood, top is alpine spruce with scalloped bracing, fingerboard bridge rosewood. Steve has three that he tours with and i've got one, who knows where the rest of them went though i'm certain they all to very proud homes amazed someone actually gave this one up. These are shown in the last two photos.

Best-quality American-made waver tuners are used here of course. Designed by matt Romanov and steve earle, only 154 of these were ever manufactured this is we wish they Haydn stopped, as i've had so many requests for more. The basic idea was to have an m-size grand auditorium guitar for working musicians, made from best materials and with most austere, least costly maximum performance at minimum cost, all this Steve's behest.

For sale is a beautiful, rarely played Martin custom artist M-21 steve earle acoustic guitar. It is in excellent condition, with only two modest defects to note: a faint scratch below the pick-guard which you can really see if light catches right and small crack on bottom of ohsc. It has been lovingly maintained in a climate-controlled, smoke-free home for the past 6 years.
