After it was polished had a new pick guard on and has what looks to be tiny piece of trash under but didn't bother me so I'm not messing with. It is kept in my humidity controlled office and has been well taken care of. Great sounding D18, 2nd owner, one small indention on top pictured, other than that there are just signs of use not abuse. Action and relief are great, new strings.
Top has been polished with compound but not sanded sure to where the arm sits it was starting polish. A pickup was removed and a new end pin plug inserted but doesn't show signs inside that I can tell.
