Seems to play fine as I had a buddy who plays try it out who said there was no buzzing or difficulty playing, even in the higher chord positions. With that said since it is used it is still sold as is.
Seems to be focused on a minimum area on the lower right side of the guitar. I tried to be as detailed in the pics as I could and am telling all I honestly know about the guitar as I can. Aim not a guitar player but I tried to take as good as pics of the neck and action I could.
Also in the pics you can see I highlighted a couple areas of wear spider webbing of the finish and scuffs and scratches in the wood.
