Details:

This guitar spent most of its life in Oceanside, ca. Very nice 1967 d-18 Martin for sale. No cracks or other damage. There is a small well repaired area on the base side near lower block, and plugged hole treble.

In 1999 it was sent to the Martin factory for repairs under warranty. A new Tl hard case is included. Overall the tone is well balanced. Frets, fret board and tuners are in excellent condition.

I have documentation for these repairs. Sounds like a vintage Martin dreadnought should, with dry, well balanced tone solid, but not overpowering, bass. This guitar retains the original small maple bridge plate. These areas were evidently not repaired by Martin.

Recently a new saddle was installed. At that time the neck was reset and straightened, bridge replaced, pick guard replaced with a new, correct black guard, thin line pickup installed.
