Details:

Neck plays great and is in nice shape, frets. There are just a few small markings into the finish on top from regular use and one bridge. The guitar sounds great which is why I bought this over some of more readily available left handed guitars like fenders. The back and sides are in great shape a nice gloss finish.

I really like the tone on this as it is very warm and full when I'm selling because i've finally worked up my skill saved enough money to get a Taylor. I've kept it in excellent playing condition and great storage conditions when not use. As you can see from the photos its in great condition and looks. This is a great sounding Alvarez acoustic guitar.

This is a phenomenal guitar id keep if I had friends or kids that were left handed but as of now with pending move its just taking up space. I purchased this brand new around 6 years ago. I tried to get a pic of it for you see.
