Very nice neck, sorry, no case or gig bag in great shape and its loud with tone filing it down for lower action maybe has the small inserts, haven't checked. Ibanez model V50MJP-NT-2Y-02, don't know the year but have shown photo of serial number action is medium can be adjusted with bridge saddle.
