It was never out of the box except for photos, on display, played. This is a fantastic playing guitar with solid spruce top and hard case wonderful sound great play ability in perfect shape. Its in absolutely perfect shape with all case candy and Washburn hard. Before shipping out, I will adjust the truss rod and make any adjustments to action so that it plays exceptionally well.

For now, its being stored with the paper still covering strings.
